Name: Dr. Victor Hugh Mendelea [Pronounced as: Mend-el-A]

Appearance:
Not shown in his picture, are the half-framed wire glasses he wears. His clothing is never casual, usually either a blue or purple executive suit. On Victor’s right side of the face, are long scars. He’s about 5’7” and has a slender frame. His long, white hair is never messy, as his eyes are always an icy blue.
Personality: He very manipulative; not only just controlling people; but wants to know their limits. Then knowing the limits, try to get the victim to pass them, usually ending badly. He doesn’t care about the consequences of his actions; as he had destroyed many people in that manner. If he has power over a person, he’ll make sure the victim knows is by playing with them as a ragdoll. Mendelea likes to act over dramatic; the flashier, the more fun it is. He has no goals in life; only focusing on what is his next question then use people for the experiment. The doctor hates those who build enough courage to stand up against him, as well as the people who can interfere with his studies. He doesn’t study to get the answer he was expecting; liking to find surprising results. Mendelea personally never likes to dirty his hands; which results him into using someone who will do the job for him. When he has nothing to do, he loves to listen to Classical and Baroque eras of music. He doesn’t like modern stuff so much; but has a small taste in techno. With food, it has to be fine dining with a complementing wine. He never drinks in excess, only enough for the taste.
Weaknesses: Not caring for the consequences; he gambles with his life, as well as others, for results. He can never back up his threats with physical violence or to defend himself against violence. He has no true friends. Also isn’t the best with keeping records. Mendelea can get bored, which leads him to hastily ends projects, not getting the best results. Though no fears are a strength, it means he will dive head first into situations he believes is in his control.
Strengths: Has no hesitation in killing, if he ever had to. His charisma naturally seems to manipulate people to do his bidding or make them fear him, if not both. Seems to have endless contacts; for funding and other services needed. Victor doesn’t seem to be bound by any fears himself.

History: His fields of study are medicine and psychology; involved in both for most of his life. Ethics is not a term often used by the doctor; as his practice involves more with experimentation than treatment. He has experimented more than 50 people, that last case nearly landed him in the sights of the police. Hearing rumors of the cursed houses; he believes that is where he'll find safe haven in becoming a master.
The doctor makes sure no one is able to trace his history; actually prefers telling people about, if they ask.

"Captured? As in killed after being captured? Or as in alive; abused by someone that could be persuaded that they no longer in need of a pet?"
Victor didn't only ask because he wants to know the status of the brother, Hope... It's such a silly toy. If the brother is still alive; Neehr may have some deep hope inside to see that snot again. I love to take that hope shine big and bright, only to snuff it out. Then I can measure how much it will effect him in the battles. If not, I will just have to make him more miserable for being such a whiner.
