The two tiny girls stood before the gates, mischief in their eyes. How many times had they passed by here and longed to enter? They were not sure. Emiko was before Akemi, moving slowly toward the gate. "Emiko, wait," Akemi began as if to stop her sister. She didn't like the thought that they didn't tell their mom they were leaving. Of course, Akemi was just as excited about exploring the mansion as her twin was. "Shhhh, be quiet," Emiko hissed back at her sister. She felt like she was playing a game and if they were not quiet they would be caught. Emiko ran a hand through her dark brown hair and sighed. She had been waiting so long to get out of the house and see the mansion. Now that they were standing before it she felt like the fight was over. It almost was not worth it. Almost.
Emiko walked to the gates and opened them with a little help from her sister. When they finally got it open they met each others dark green eyes. "This is it Akemi. Wanna see what's inside?" Emiko said softly. Her twin nodded and smiled, happy to finally be going in. The two were tiny for their age, looking much younger than they were. Emiko was only a few inches taller than her younger sister but they nearly stood the same height. The twins looked exactly alike besides their hair. Emiko had dark brown hair where as Akemi had light brown. Their eyes were the same color and their hair the same length. When standing side by side they could only be told apart by their hair.
Akemi followed her sister through the gates and they looked around, curiosity in their eyes. "It's kind of big here," Akemi said, her voice barely audible. Emiko didn't answer, only walked forward with her sister in tow. They didn't know what kind of trouble they would be in when they got home and at the moment they didn't care. They only wanted to see the wonders of the large home standing before them.

The crimson eyed female sat on the steps of the mansion just sighing gently. Kaika had been bored all day and as far as she knew there weren't any new guest coming to Kerrington though guest wasn't the right term to describe them, more like new family members. She pushed herself off the ground just looking at the clear area. There wasn't anyone around which was a shame because she was in the mood for dancing for someone.
Kaika twirled slowly on her toes as the sheer scarves fluttered in the air. The female was very good at what she was doing since she had many years of practice with ballet. Though it wasn't the best idea to do it barefoot. She wished there was someone to talk to or just to watch her dance. Kai stopped suddenly just sweeping her foot to a complete stop.
The sound of the gate opening informed her that another victim has entered the Dollhouse. She waltzed over slowly as her crimson eyes gazed upon the newcomers just smiling happily. Though seeing how young they were, Kaika almost felt guilty for sealing their fates even though she wasn't the one who brought them inside.
"Welcome my beloved angels..." Only her soft whisper could be heard in the silent area, "Come and dance with me..." She danced in front of them just spinning rapidly that it was almost inhuman. Suddenly a hand swept along their faces just giggling. She couldn't get over the fact of how cute they were, but she would have to speak of the truth soon before it was too late.
"My beloved angels..." The whisper was hushed, "This is the Kerrington Dollhouse..." Her eyes closed as she spoke the words momentarily, "One way in," Now her eyes shot open but they seemed almost a little sad, "No way out...once you have entered this cursed place, you will never be able to leave."

Emiko and Akemi had stopped moving when they saw the woman. They didn't know who she was or why she was twirling, but they were simply amused. The two had never really been introduced to dancing, seeing as their mother thought it was evil and too sexual for her beautiful daughters. Of course, dancing was a normal reaction to music, which they never heard very often. The twins were devoted to their studies, something their mother made sure was always on her daughters mind. They had to be smart and grow to do something that could get them far in life. She had been almost devastated when her daughters grew to be curious and seemed to disappear from study time to go off and play.
Akemi slightly stepped in front of her older twin defensively when Kaika moved toward them. Emiko balled her tiny hands into fists, ready to fight off the lovely dancer. "Dance with you?" Emiko questioned, her eyes soft and playful. She was wondering how the woman came to learn to do something like that. It was a strange new sight to her, and oh how she loved new things. Akemi didn't speak, only stared at Kaika. She wasn't sure what to think of her and didn't want to find out why she was talking to them. Their mother had always told them to run from strangers and not to speak with them.
The two took in her words with a strange look on their face. Akemi gasped and looked backwards at the gate, seeing it open. Emiko felt sorry for her naive sister and rolled her eyes. "She lies, my sister. Don't believe her. See? The gates are still open," she reassured Akemi. The younger girl looked back at Kaika with sad eyes. "We can still leave," she said softly, almost as if asking the woman to laugh and say she was kidding. Emiko grabbed her sisters hand and looked up at Kaika with a challenge in her eyes. "Or does that just mean you are not going to let us leave?"

Kaika didn't phase when they called her a liar; she got that all the time from the newcomers. Her bandaged hand swept under her scarf just pulling out a mirror for they to see. Her eyes were soft and her smile was kind, "It's foolish to think of me as a liar when you haven't even heard the story yet." She uttered softly just swaying her body gently into one direction as she began to tell her story, her movements had told it all.
"Once upon a time, two houses were cursed by an evil spell of black magic. One was the Haruka Mansion, which the owners have taken sinister personalities. The other was Kerrington Dollhouse, where we stand today, which was also cursed, but very differently." Kaika spoke quietly only loud enough for them to hear;she held the small mirror in front of them as she continued on, "Instead of our personalities changing our appearances changes...What's a dollhouse without dolls to play with?" Her tone was a bit dark though sadness was hinted a little.
"Heed my warning, once you enter those gates," Kaika's eyes still gazing at the gate, "Freedom is a fleeting fantasy...If you want to leave then it means you want to die." She knew the words were too harsh for young ones to hear, but they needed to know the price they were paying for entering Kerrington. "You have a choice to be either a master, a slave, or a neutral, like me."
She could only wonder what they would try to do next. Would they attempt to leave or will they stay? Kaika had finished dancing at this point just watching them. Had they realized or figured out where they and what the curse had brought upon them?
