Personality: Don't let his appearance fool you, Kato is anarrogant, loudmouth, spazztic person. He also hates anything boring and will either fix it or just go away. Kato dislikes rules and being told what to do. He does things that he wants to do instead, ignoring the fact that he may break rules in the process. This often gets him in trouble, but he can normally weasel out of trouble by looking calm and sophisticated.

History: With his parents normally at work all the time Kato lived pretty much by himself. To deal with it Kato would find things to do by himself and saw no need for adult supervision, making him ignore most rules set by his teachers. He has had many friends but has never been really close to anyone, preferring not to get attached to anyone.

“I’m doing fine, and how about you my little Esme” Clopin said using the nick-name he had given Esmeralda when she was a kid while hugging her back. Hearing the urgency in her voice when she asked if he could talk to her in private Clopin became serious. Well actually he still acted like the cheerfull jester he was, though anyone who knew him well would know he would take Esmeralda’s problem seriously. After all he was the King of the gypsies and he would never let anything happen to his own kind. “Of course we can talk Esme, how about in the Disney Café” Clopin said to Esmeralda.
From what Clopin had seen so far no one overly suspicious was around. Though he did notice a mouse observing him and decided to keep a watch on him as well. Kovu also seemed to be weary of him.
Clopin’s thoughts were interrupted when Djali had run over to him and started rubbing his leg. “Why hello Djali, it’s been a long time.” Clopin said to the goat as he bent down to pet the goat.
