I give an eye for an eye when I gaze to a hypocritical dream
To live a life like such, was so disgraceful. Not just to her, but anyone else who seemed to have to go through it. But she seemed to fight what fate was given to her, and she drove her last master mad. He intern left her hanging from the roof in the basement. Of all things she could have done, keeping quiet and holding back any sound in her throat had driven him to the edge. After so much stuff he had thrown at her, he could never get even a sound out of the woman.
And it killed him within, and when she did speak she ended up tricking him. Making him take his chances by going out the gate; his disappeared without a trace. But C.C hadn't thought he'd leave her hanging before leaving, no that thought hadn't come to her untill it was to late; she was left there for at least a full good week. Her green hair hung all around her, and her body seemed to be smashed together by the ropes that bound her body.
She couldn't do much but hang there like a lifeless doll. C.C couldn't die, she never could have even before she came in the mansion, and just like when she was five, slavery was her fate. This time she couldn't escape it. But unlike then she could have choose what she could have been, if someone hadn't been on the other side of the gate. She entered at the wrong time, she'd been grabbed and thrown in here as his slave right then and there.
Now she waited for someone to realize someone was stuck down here, without anyone. Being alone was something she was use too, and that feeling would never leave. The teen started moving, hoping that the ropes were loose, maybe she could get them from around her arms and get the chain that hung from the roof off of it. Just maybe..

Emro had wandered the mansion for the past few weeks and had never ventured into the basement. In every horror movie he had seen, it was taboo to visit the basement. For, who knows what lurks in there. Undead, maniac killer, lustful couples or dead bodies. Well, Emro was a researcher, so he had to open the door into the basement.
Emro looked down the stairs and felt around for a light switch. Which there wasn't any. Damn. He pulled out his cellphone. Still no serivce and prepared his decenst down the stairs with his little light.
His hands had felt around the cold stone wall for the light switch. How...ironic. The lightswitch was at the bottom of the stairs. He flipped them on and the room illuminated and temporarly blinded the young researcher. After regaining his sight, he looked around. There was blood stains amungst the floor and walls. Ineresting. If only he had his ghost hunting equipment or Ouija Board.
Emro felt chill up his spine, as if someone was watching him. But he didn't see anyone. "Hello?" His voice echoed throughout the basement. "Anyone?" He asked. Emro heard chains rattling and he gripped his quartz necklace.
Emro looked up and gasped at the dangling body.

By now, she could basically call the basement her room. She'd been in here so much, she'd been trapped there so long. And it was almost unusual for someone else to wlak down the stairs and enter the room it's self. Still even as she heard the door open she continued to move around, and it did seem to work, her arms seem to come loose, even by a little, that was all she had hopped for, getting down shouldn't have been any trouble at all, once her arms were free that is.
The footsteps started down the stairs, and as she looked she could see a faint glow of light. Now who could it be? Not him that's for sure. Even if another person came down the steps, would they look up? Some had come, but they were too stupid to realize chains hung from above them, that people could be hung like such. Not everyone in the house was nice after all, and most found things they could do to others.
Her golden eyes glared at the light above her, when the switch was flipped, the light blinded her more than it did him, it had been a long time since she'd seen that light come on. C.C had to look down upon him as she got her arms free, she couldn't do that much after all. He seemed to think someone was there, was he actually smart? Her hand took the chain, and she let her eyes go off of him, her body could get out of the ropes, enough room was made once her arms were out of it, and she seemed to climb up the chain, getting half way out of the rope before he looked up.
She waved, showing that she was alive and knew he was right below her.

"Well..that is unusual" Emro said seeing the girl bound, was she a gymnist? Emro had read about extremely flexible people
"Hey miss, do you need any help getting down." He asked her. "If you can get yourself free a bit more, I could catch you." The key word was could, Emro had very poor reflexes, but -again- he had read of people gaining superhuman characteristics in the time of need. Like people bound in wheelchairs that could walk to lift a tractor or bus off of a person.
Emro wondered how she got up there and how long she was there. She was alive, but how did she life. Did she go into a hybernation and shut down all body functions. He looked around quickly for a ladder or some way of creating a staircase to climb up there to get her down. Was she a genie? Yes, he had read of people finding a genie and getting wishes. Well..there were also mermaids that could do the same thing. But she was no mermaid.
"Yeah. I am sure I can catch you." And she started to move closer, and was right underneath her.

She had only stopped for a mere moment, and looked as though she were sitting on the rope, only half her body was out while the rest was still confined by the ropes. Her hands clung to the chain as it seemed to move, swinging a little ways back and forth. C.C was lucky she was use to this, it didn't bother her, didn't make her sea sick like it made some of the others.
Her eyes gave him a look, as though he was stupid. How many people didn't need help, when the we're trying to get from such a height? When they had been stuck in ropes and were trying to get out? C.C couldn't help it, she was so use to giving that man the looks that she gave them to anyone, it just couldn't be helped. It was meant by anything, but she still gave him that look before it turned in to a look of boredom. But that one was always there.
For a moment she ignored him and continued to climb, just so her legs could be out of the ropes before they were the only things hanging. And she seemed to dangle there for a minute using her hands to hold all of her up. Could she really re-lie on someone to catch her? He looked like he didn't have fast enough reflexes to do it, but then again she looked like she couldn't take any pain; she'd been tortured day and night.
"I'm trusting you with this!" He was right below her, and despite what she thought she still moved to wear her hands let go and she dropped form the chain. Being up there got so old, and maybe it was time to be on the floor again. Even if he didn't catch her.. she wouldn't die. She couldn't, even if she left the house...

Emro watched the girl untangle herself from the ropes and chains. She was swinging back and forth and Emro was getting a little worried about being able to catch her. His catching ability was lacking.
He smiled at the green haired girl. She was rather cute looking. Who would mistreat this girl and who would want to keep her tied up? Did she have a master? If she did, then Emro might be getting himself introuble.
She trusted him. Emro couldn't break this trust with her. He prepared himself to catch her. Emro lifted his hands up and caught the girl. But doing so, Emro was thrown onto the ground, and landed on his back. The girl wasn't too heavy, more light. Maybe it was from being up there for some time.
Emro smiled looking into the eyes of the girl. His face was slightly close to her's. "So, what might your name be?" He laughed slightly.

It may have not been the best idea to trust someone who happened to wonder down into the basement, but she did need to get down, she'd been up there long enough. More than a week. She'd been there for a week without a master, but she'd been in the basement for almost as long as she had been in the house. Which was when the curse came upon the house, she'd been one for that long, yet it didn't bother her. She could get out of the house; it w3ouldn't hurt her at all. She couldn't die, so the house didn't not effect her one bit.
Yet she chose not to leave. Some were still looking ofr her. C.C was a test subject on the loose to some people. Her hair seemed to fly up for a moment, revealing the marking that was hidden by her hair, before it was hidden again. He caught her, but ended going down just the same, the girl knew she weighed almost nothing at all. She wasn't much of an eater, and she wasn't even given a lot. So it worked out.
She had seemed to take him down, whether she had meant to or not. And her gaze was looking into his mismatched ones; her answer was almost blunt before she moved off of him so that he could stand up as well, her hand held out for him. "C.C"

Emro smiled and held her hand and shook it. "The name is Emro Deucalion. It is a pleasure to meet you C.C. Why were you up there anyway, and how long were you up there?" He realized that his quartz necklaces had falled out of his pocket and were scattered amungst the ground. Beautiful necklaces in almost every color of the rainbow.
He stood there with a smile on his face and forgot all about them. Emro had kinda helped her, but, would he get something in return? Emro hoped so. He was kind of a greedy person. Greed was his sin, and he wasn't proud of it.
Emro stared into her amber eyes for a brief moment, they were a beautiful color. "You have pretty eyes." He said kindly.

Once the shake was done, her hand seemed to drop to her side. She was grateful he had caught her in some form, but being in the basement wasn't something she liked fully, not anymore. "The last person to own me liked to torture. I've been stuck up there for a week while he went mad and decided to end his life.' In all honesty, that was the truth; but she'd been up there for longer than a week.
The look of boredom stayed on her face, it was her normal look. It was always there, because she was bored of life and no longer wanted to live. Yet she couldn't die. Ironic wasn't it. Most wished they could live forever, yet she hated it. It wasn't as great as others made it sound, and she had proof of that. Yet she didn't dare tell a soul.
"Flattery only gets you so far in life." It was her comment to the pretty eyes thing. Comments on her looks where not fully liked by her, not any more. She'd had so many thrown at her, that she said almost the same thing every time one was given to her. "But thank you for it." She had to be nice, he was knew to her after all.

Emro nodded. "I'm sorry about that. I can't stand the whole torturing thing. I don't see how people can enjoy it. I'm more so an affectionate person. How about we get out of here." He said looking around the room. This must be a torture room. How sad, he last owner killed himself. Maybe it was for the best, she wouldn't be tortured anymore.
He noticed that she seemed rather bored. Well, one would get bored if they were trapped up there for the past week. "Well, C.C. Are you looking for a new master?" Emro asked. He wasn't sure how Jade would feel if he had another slave. Well, it wasn't like they were dating. And he was her master so she would be safe. Would that be the same reason for C.C?
Emro smiled. "Yeah, I guess. But I like to comment people, because they deserve it. And you're welcome C.C."

He didn't need to say it, she had already started walking to the door, though her pace was not normal, she was yet to get use to walking; having to make up for the time her feet hadn't been on the ground. So she seemed to be slower than average. "I'm not looking for one, but most seem to be looking for a slave. First come first serve I guess." It wouldn't matter if she wanted one or not, just like last time she would most likely be forced to be a slave to someone else.
"It's not really my choice who owns me." It was like that when she was born, and it was like that now. But memories stayed hidden, she kept it like so. All of them had been locked up so well, that not even a small memory would leak into her brain. C.C had made sure of that. Even her own name had been forgotten, nothing would really make such things come forth. No one would learn something about her.
Her golden gaze looked back at him as she continued to walk. "Not everyone deserves it though. Are you coming?" She'd already made it to the stair case, but not far up them; she'd stopped to look at him.

Emro reached into his pocket and realized the necklaces weren't there. A wash of panic raced over him. They were gone, Emro looked around and noticed they were laying on the ground. He scooped them up, and grabbed a green one. "Hey, C.C I'll be your master and make sure you won't be tortured again. People should never have that done to them. And don't worry, I won't harm you. The necklace says that if you need to find anyone else that has a necklace, and it will begin to glow when one is near."
He perked up at the sound of C.C's voice and started up the stairs. He stuffed the other necklaces in his pocket and followed her up the stairs. Hopefully she would accept, but this girl didn't seem like the one would really cared about anything. C.C was at a lack of excitement of life. Maybe she began to shut down from depression of being mistreated.
Emro opened the door and smiled. "You hungry C.C?" He asked her. "I could make up some food if you would like."

Though he seemed to be farther behind her, she could still hear him. Perfect ears, for someone who walked the earth for so long. A shock was what she got, even if she didn't show it. C.C hadn't expected that, not for him to offer to be her master, that had been far from her mind. He seemed to not no how the world worked, most people didn't deserve half the things that were done to them, yet they still got them. Her mouth stayed shut as he talked though, she didn't want to say anything on the topic. Since it really wasn't needed.
A crack of light could be seen, and she knew the door was closer than it had been. The light from below still shined as bright as it could, giving light into the small are in which they climbed. Emro caught up quick, though she was at a slow pace too. That could have made it easier, or he was just one with a fast pace normally. He had only asked her a certain question, meaning she didn't have to say anything on the master thing, not until he asked of course.
He got to the door before she had a chance to do so; it didn't bother her in the least bit. "Not particularly." She understood that he was being nice, but the girl didn't need to eat, she was use to not having food. And either way it went, she wasn't even hungry at the moment.

Emro decided to drop the necklace into her hand. "Just think on it." He was a very patient person, it must come from all the hours he spent playing games the involved intense thinking. Emro would spend hours on one topic and write every single possible outcome imaginable. Yeah, he didn't really have much to do with his life.
Emro thought it was odd, she was up there for a whole week and didn't need to eat. Maybe she did go into a hibernation mode, or she ate as much he did. (Which wasn't a lot). He tried to think of something to talk about, but was coming to mind really wasn't something topicable. Like "did you know that some people can generate electricity!" Or "Hey, there are people that can regrow fingertips." Or even better "There was a chicken that lived for a few years without a head." Some people wondered about Emro.
Emro looked over at C.C "So, would you like to do anything?" He asked. "Like wander around the house?"

Something was dropped into her hand, and for a moment she just looked at it. Many things had not been seen by her, that was for sure. Many things were unheard of, many would never be seen. Her eyes could do nothing but stare at in wonder for a moment, before her hand closed around it. The only thing she'd been given in so long was nothing but pain, in being tortured. So it was odd for her to get anything different. Or maybe it was because it was something she didn't no of.
Though maybe closing her hand around it wasn't such a good idea. C.C didn't no though. But after her hand had closed around it, pain seemed to go through her arm; something she hadn't felt in a very long time. Her other arm rushed to it, holding the spot that hurt more than the rest. The feeling moved on, spreading from just that arm and trying to get to the rest of her body, and even she did not want that.
She couldn't die, but pain was always there. And she seemed to drop, just like that. The curse never affected her here, no matter what it was about, it would effect her. Her hand had come open, and the necklace seemed to drop out of her hand, but the pain was yet to go away.
