Emro noticed she closed her hand over the necklace and he stared at her a bit, waiting for her to answer his question. THis girl was not that good at answering his questions. There was something about her that made him want to further persue her. To get to know her. Maybe it was her bored expression. Life contained so many things and she had this bored expression.
Then he noticed her holding her arm. Something was wrong. Emro wanted to help. Then the necklace dropped out of her hand. He knew she didn't mean to, but something was bothering her. Emro reached over to touch her shoulder. "Hey. C.C. You ok? Should we go get some help? Maybe sit down." Emro thought that her body wasn't yet situated yet to being back on the ground. "Come on, lets go sit down."q

{I tried making it as paranormal as I could. XD Just for you! SO i hope it's good. O.o; I've never done something like this before.. haha.}
What could cause such a pain that went through her? It was unusual for her to feel it, even when so much had been thrown at her. She was good at blocking such things out, but right now that didn't seem the case; C.C knew it wasn't from what that man had done to her, no that was long past. But what made her hurt so much at the moment? His question had not been answered, because she had gone to the ground, and that made her ignore him for even a moments notice.
Ignoring people was something the woman was good at, but wasn't that another story? Being bored with life made you different from others, she was living truth of that. She had nothing to live for, yet she couldn't die. The girl tried to move, only to have what pain had went away come back once again, and words were whispered so that he wouldn't do anything. But it seemed to be too late when the words came out of her mouth. "Don't touch me!"
His hand had touched her shoulder; more pain seemed to come then go. It felt as though something had went through her, then out. And she knew what had just happened, she had known what would happen if he did touch her. That was why pain was blocked out, because if she showed that pain was there, and someone touched her anywhere, the outcome was the same. And even for a second, her body seemed to glow, then it was gone. And he was given a power.

((Coolio))
Emro was taken back from when she shouted at him. He instantly recoiled his hand and stumbled back a bit. Shouting and yelling was not something Emro liked. He was startled a bit. Maybe it was because he was always scared of hurting someone and being alone.
The girl's body was glowing in a beautiful light. Emro stood there staring at her glowing body. The light was so breath taking. What was happening to her? Was she ok? Emro would ask her, but she was probably mad that he had touched her shoulder. Those who were abused were usually a bit torked about people touching them. "I'm sorry, are you ok?" Emro managed to say, a few inches from her.
Emro held his head, he now had a splitting headache. As if something was inside of his head, something gained? Is she some how manifesting her pain into him. What was going on here? What was she doing to him? Emro wasn't angry at her, it was his fault for touching her in the first place. "My head hurts and I feel funny, what did you do to me?" He asked very politely and calmly, despite his splitting headache.

{It's crap, sorry XD} She still stayed on her knees, holding her arm, as though it were falling off. It hurt and she was yet to figure out why. It didn't have a reason for hurting, she hadn't had anything thrown at her for over a week, could it be were the robe had been? No, rope wouldn't hurt her that bad. nothing hurt her like such, and she was determined to figure out what would do that, she was almost positive that something of the sort hadn't happened in many, many years.
It hadn't happened in so many, that it happened to be locked away within her mind, along with any other memories she had at that time period. Being abused had nothing to do why she told him not to touch her, she'd done it because she knew what would happen if he did. Though she was partly glad that he was a few inches away from her, she wasn't glad he had touched her shoulder at all though. It wasn't a good thing for that to happen, and she was one to hide her pain at all cost, just so that wouldn't happen. But then again, the girl was never in any, meaning she never had to hide it.
Out of the corner of her golden gaze she could see him holding his head. And her thought seemed to be, that it was only the beginning. Her voice almost came out, but she held her toung. She needn't explain, she couldn't really. Her words would probably confuse him further than he was, and it was best that some things were figured out for himself. She hadn't even known something, of course she knew he would have a power, but which one?

Emro was getting frustrated in how she wasn't answering his questions. He clutched his head wanting whatever is happening to him to pass over. The pain was over bearing and forced him onto his knees. He gasped out and clutched the carpet. His eyes shot wide open, something pulsated through him and a surge of power shot into his head and all was over. Emro's heart beat returned to normal, it was like being shocked with electricity. Pain pulsated and then it was all over. Emro released the grip on the carpet and looked over at C.C. to see how she was doing.
Voices began entering Emro's mind. Spirits? he thought to himself and he looked around. A young man was standing there staring at Emro.
What is going on The boy thought. Nothing, now go away. Emro thought The boy walked away.
Odd Emro thought.
He smug look formed on Emro's face. If it worked on him...then lets see what is going on through C.C's mind.
Emro turned and focused in on her mind. Nothing. Empty. Blankess. He heard voices, but C.C's wasn't there. Even when he focused all his attention to just her. Did she not have a brain?
"Oh my God, she's a zombie!!!" Emro said outloud, figuring since C.C hadn't answered any of his numerous questions, she wouldn't comment on something like this. "But wait. Zombies are more decay like, and there isn't a hint of decay. Just fair. beautiful smooth skin." Emro then quickly went quiet.

Though thoughts ran through her head, they weren't swimming, there weren't so many that she couldn't take hold of one and keep that one for more than a second. That was never the case with the girl. Never. C.C probably used more of her brain than a normal person, but then again she may not have even been human anymore. Maybe that was the case, maybe that was why so many things happened to her. Because she didn't belong there. Could that have been it?
Her arm seemed to go numb, and the pain moved on to her head, staying away from everything else. Instead of leaning on the wall like she could have, the upper half of her body seemed to drop and she was fully on the ground now. She didn't care, it didn't fully matter, someone would walk by and they would probably continue on there way, Emro could walk away and it wouldn't matter to her. Maybe that was her problem, she didn't care about half the things that went on around her. The woman kept her eyes in front of her, gazing off at the wall while her eyes narrowed.
What was he rambling on about now? Any power that came from her, did not work on her. She knew that, and if he had gotten a power, wouldn't he figure that out in a minute? But what was he saying, she had to focus on the words, she and zombie. Her golden eyes were rolled, and she knew what he'd done. How many were stupid? There must have been a lot of them in this house. C.C started to move, lifting her body from the ground, her head may have hurt, but the pain could be blocked, that wouldn't be hard to do, after all it wasn't hurting as much as her arm had; blocking something so simple wouldn't be hard.
And she seemed to do it, looking like she was good as new as she was able to stand, her voice finally came out to. "I'm not a zombie."

Well that was a relief for him and he smiled. "I see. Well, that's a relief to hear." Emro saw how C.C was looking a little better, or she was trying to fake it. He was leaning towards the whole faking it. Sometimes girls would do that, so they seem independent and not having to be forced to be the damsel in distress. What was it with girls these days and being independent. Not that anything was wrong with it, but there was no problem in asking for help.
Emro walked over towards her. How did he get this power? There was no hint of it when he was growing up. Emro had read about people manifesting powers during there teenage years, was it like in his comics? No. That was just his comics though. Then there was some cases of people developing gifts. But, that was not the case. Emro was starting to believe that C.C gave him this power. This...mind ability.
"Hey, you gunna be ok C.C?" He asked, leaving the whole ability thing aside.

Her golden eyes rolled for a second, regular humans were so stupid at times. Even the one's that proved they had brains acted as though they truly didn't even have one. It was sad to think, but the girl knew it was true. Faking wasn't something she did, merely hiding it was the thing, faking was just like acting; even she could do that though, she just never choose to do it. There wouldn't really be a point into that, the person would find out at some point after all. And even so, if she couldn't force it away and hide it, C.C still wouldn't ask for help. She never needed it from someone else, that was the idea she had gotten so long ago.
If she was able to avoid it, no questions would be asked, nor answered. She didn't need someone to find out what she could do, or what she was. Though she was yet to even no her self on that one. C.C was her for a reason, she had only stayed so that she wasn't the prey of the government, not again. She wouldn't have test done on her again, and that was for sure. A house with a curse on it would never be suspected for a hide out, not if you couldn't leave it. Well she could, but no one knew that!
"I'm perfectly fine. But are you alright? You seemed like you were in pain, clutching the floor like that." She wanted the questions off of her, maybe that would make him loose any questions he wanted to ask her? The green haired woman was not the best person to try and have a conversation with, she ignored half the things people said. And she was really good at that, at not even taking notice to someone being there.

Emro smiled at her. He was going to stop asking her so many questions, even though it was who he was. A person who constantly asked questions, never satisfied with one answer. Hopefuly he would stop getting on her nerves, or prevent it so. "Oh yeah, I'm fine now. There was just a sharp pain in my head, but it is gone now."
Should he tell her what happened, his new found ability. Maybe, maybe he could get answers as to what it is and how he got it. "Well...I seemed to have developed something during that painful ordeal. I can't really show you, but I could tell you. I can enter people's minds." Hopefully she would believe him. "Its true, C.C. I can enter minds and do things inside of them. I think."
He leaned against the wall. "It really is cool. I've always wanted a supernatural ability. Did you give me it?" He asked. "If you did, please don't take it away. With this power, I can understand the human mind alot better, and maybe help people."
