It had taken a while, but Ericen had finally managed to get enough money for a new jacket. The black garment complimented the long sleeved gray shirt beneath, the black jeans below, and the matching boots further down. His blue hair stood out amongst the lack of color, but he didn't mind, nor really notice. The jacket was comfortable, which was what mattered.
Currently, he was out walking, simply so that he didn't have to return home. At the moment, he had nothing to do, and was just trying to put off returning to the hotel room he called his house, simply to sit there and do nothing. Walking around outside, even if he didn't know where he was going, was much more appealing.
At last, something came into sight. A mansion, not far from where he was. He'd heard rumors, but hardly believed them. Though it was true people seemed to go in, and never come back. Someone who had been a friend of his father had suppossedly done so, though it was at the other manor that seemingly shared the same curse.
He was curious to find out. He had nothing to loose, really. Not much of a life was being left behind. He did the same thing everyday, and that same thing was tiring, and boring. Not to mention strenuous and often left him sore, and in need of a warm bed and food, not that the latter was commonly available to him.
The male made his way toward the mansion, and as he arrived at the gates, pushed them open, and stepped inside.

Sitting by the window in one of the drawing rooms, in a velvet chair of maroon, Fei watched as the young man stepped into the grounds. Drinking tea brought by a neutral servant that he'd managed to hail, he set the cup down without a clink, watching him closely and would have met his eyes if the teenager looked his way.
Dressed in Chinese scarlet robe, embroidered in subtle black arrangements, his long hair twisted and placed on one shoulder, Fei was a somber shadow against the blood red silk curtain of the window. With his robe splitting from the side of his hip, long black tailored trousers a leg crossed over to the other was revealed, as well as a pair of sleek loafers.
He hailed for the servant to bring another cup this time, with some small snacks, readying to greet the newcomer, for the door to the drawing room not far down the hall from the front door was open.

Ericen let his gaze wander, oblivious to the fact that he was being watched, until he came closer to the doorway. His eyes lingered on a window, through which he made out a shape. This shape became a person, and this person was staring at him. The male's eyes narrowed slightly, his interest aroused. He was quite intrigued as to if this was the owner of the mansion.
He stepped up to the door, and pushed it open, finding it unlocked. He didn't really mind if he was trespassing. Sure he hadn't been invited in, but that didn't really matter to him. He closed the door behind him, stepping into the room he entered. He glanced around, wondering which of the doors lead to the room the man had been in. Only a few were open, and only one on the side of the house the room the onlooker had been sitting in was on. He decided he'd check it first.
He tucked his hands into his pockets, and started off at a slow stroll in the direction of the door. He was over there after a few moments, and peered inside, searching it for the man. His guess was proved right, for the same person he'd seen through the window sat here as well. The boy did not enter the room, and remained in the doorway, searching for something to say.

Fei heard the swing of the door as it opened and closed, and soft footsteps that clicked down the hall. He'd made sure he was noticed, the certainty tilted up the edges of his lips into a faint smile, musing over the past of the teenager who'd just walked in so confidently. The dark Chinese was sure that the rumors of the mansion was known to many in the area all around. One would have little regrets to walk in like the teenager did.
Glancing up at the boy who stood in the doorway he turned his smile to him. "Come on in, you're welcomed." Fei said, giving a slight gesture with a hand to invite the young man to the seat across him. The refreshments were already here and the servant had made themself scarce.
They did not like dallying with the inhabitants much.

Well, normally when you trespassed on someone's land, they didn't just welcome you right in like they'd invited you. So it was interesting to Ericen that this man wasn't angry for his intrusion, or expressing any kind of displeasure at having his home invaded. Then again, if the rumors were true, this man wasn't the owner of the home. Many lived here.
Hesitating for a moment, the boy let his gaze linger on Fei. When he was invited in, he didn't move for a moment, and then entered. He made his way over to the seat the man had gestured toward, and carefully lowered himself into it, as if he wasn't sure what of what he was doing.

Fei gave a gentle smile at the boy. "Please don't be concerned," He said, pouring tea for the boy's cup with a hand. Settling the pot back in its saucer, he glanced up and asked. "So, may I have your name?" Watching the boy quietly, awaiting his answer, he thought over how to introduce the boy to the mansion, placing his hand back on the armrest.
