TIED
TIED is set five years after the end of breaking Dawn. Renesme is approaching adulthood and Jacob's feelings toward her are starting to change. Nahuel has also started to see her in new light. He has moved to Forks to attract the attention of the half vampire. However, Nahuel's diet is much fiercer than the Cullen's. He prefers human blood to the unappealing animals. He plans to tempt Renesme to his side, with promises both physical and emotional.
The werewolves are seeing this development with much unease. They know that if Nahuel seduces Renesme, it would kill Jacob. They are moving to destroy the half vampire for their brother's sake.
The Volturi watch all this with worried eyes. They can see the war that threatens to break out in the quiet town of Forks. They can see the way that the secrecy of the supernatural world is slowly going to be unveiled. Yet they refuse to act. What is it that stops them? Is it the werewolves plot to kill one of their own? Is it the strange dieting habits of the Cullens'?
Or is it the the coming of the witches? Powerful men and women with hidden knowledge into the world around us. They posses certain talents, know of certain spells, but most importantly, many of them posses a darkness. This darkness shrouds the place where their soul once inhabited. It forces them to cruelty, coldness and unimaginable power. They are descending on Forks, drawn by the mystical forces at work. To destroy the precious balance on which this town stands? Nobody knows. But one thing is certain. Blood will be shed.
