Ryou was walking home alone, his hand were in his coat pockets. It was bright and sunny out just the way he liked it, surprisingly. Suddenly, clouds started to cover the sky as if they came out of nowhere. Ryou looked up and his beautiful scarlet eyes thinned with disappointment. "Shit..." said Ryou to himself in a low and annoyed voice. He did like the rain, but he was in no mood to get wet.
A raindrop hit his forehead and slid down between his eyes and then down the left side of his face, hugging up against his nose and then down his cheek to his chin before dipping off down to the ground. It was silent for a few moments. Thousands and thousands of raindrops then suddenly began to fall and within seconds, Ryou was doused with water. His left eye twitched as his left eyebrow raised, unamused. His head dropped abruptly as he sighed. He looked at the ground for a few seconds and then looked ahead. He began walking home again and as he was walking he came to a fork in the paths. He still had a ways until he would get home, so he decided that it would be best to find someplace where he could go and get out of the rain. Instead of taking a left, he took a right instead. He walked along the path for a few minutes before deciding that it might be best to turn back now instead of prolonging his time in the rain. Just as he thought this, his gazed fixated onto a mansion in the distance. He walked calmly to the gate, which was open a little, lucky for him. He slowly pushed open the gate and it made a loud creaking sound, as though it needed to be oiled. Ryou walked down the pathway until he reached the mansion door. He sat on the steps underneath the roof that kept water away from the door. He didn't want to bother the people living in this beautiful mansion. Aside from that, he really didn't want to really talk to anyone. Ryou rested his back up against one of the pillars that kept the roof up. He was surprisingly tired and the sound that the rain was making wasn't helping at all. He slowly closed his eyes and without meaning too, he fell asleep.

Lexi always enjoyed the rain so when she saw it was raining. She just had to go outside and be in the rain. It was just something about the rain she loved so much. She went away from the window and walked down the staircase as she came to the ground floor. Nobody was around as she didn't want to have someone with her anyway. Lexi then walked to the front door and put her hand on the knob as she turned it. the door opend up. Lexi then walked out onto the pourch as she closed the door behide her, As she was going to the steps she looked and saw a boy sleeping. She laughed to herself quitly as she made her way down the steps and into the yard.

The sound of footsteps was just enough to wake up Ryou. His forehead crinkled as he began to wake and made a few silent groaning sounds. He opened his eyes gently, looking down at his leather pants. He took in a deep breath through his nose and then wiped his right eye with the palm of his right hand to clear up his vision. "Hmm... I wonder how long I've been asleep..." he asked himself in a gentle whisper.
He could still hear the sound of rain, which only fueled his annoyance. He gave a deep sigh before standing up, it would seem as though the rain wasn't going to stop any time soon. When he got up and began to walk down the steps he saw a girl with white hair going to walk somewhere. He was curious as to why she didn't say anything, but then again didn't really care. When he reached the last step, which was wet from the rain, he suddenly slipped and fell backward. "GAH!" he exclaimed before his head slammed on one of the upper steps. Everything went black for a moment before his site returned, but severely blurred. A small puddle of blood was forming underneath his head, but he didn't really know what was going on. All he knew was that his head was hurting a lot. He slowly sat up, straining as he did so. He grabbed his head but quickly pulled back his hand as his head hurt to the touch. He looked at his right hand, the hand that he used to touch his head and noticed some kind of liquid glistening on his leather glove. He couldn't tell what it was since his gloves were solid black and nothing showed up on them, he could only guess that it was blood because of the pain he felt. His vision started to fade in and out of black and he began to feel very light headed. He was beginning to lose consciousness...

She didn't know if he could heard her or even see as she knew he most be lose consciousness. Lexi didn't wait for answer as she opend the door to the house and then grabed a hold of him from under his arms and draged him into the house. As soon as he entered through the mansion doors, his fate was sealed forever. Never to leave, never to see his family... never to go back to his old life.
Ryou kept fading in and out of consciousness, each time he was able to see, he was moving constantly from one spot to another. His head ached and he really didn't know what had just happened. When he faded back into consciousness again he had stopped moving and found himself starring up at the ceiling of some room he was unfamiliar with. His scarlet eyes shifted to the left only to see a parts of a room and then they shifted to right. There he saw the white haired girl that had stepped outside. He grunted in pain and closed his eyes tightly, crinkling his forehead. It was the first time it actually hurt to think. He reopened his eyes and to look back at the girl. "W-what happened?", he asked her in a gentle and faint voice.
Ryou attempted to sit up, but grunted in pain halfway. His eyebrows gave an angry expression as he frowned in pain, slightly showing his teeth. He laid back down, as soon as he accepted that it probably wouldn't be the best idea to try and get up until his wound was taken care of. He felt a bit cold, but was starting to warm up a bit, being inside of a house. He was still wet, but not as much as he was before he fell asleep meaning he was there for quite a while. His parents were probably worried by now, especially his younger sister and for good reason, he was injured after all. He closed his eyes and concentrated on thinking of something else beside the pain while he waited for the girl to respond. Sadly enough though, the only thing that he could think of was he'd probably have to get stitches with his luck. Oh how he hated any type of needle or pointed metal object near his skin. The next thing that came to mind was the blood. His blood was probably soaking into this poor girl's carpet. As if he hadn't burdened her enough already. First he uses her front porch as a bed, then has the gull to get injured somehow, and now he's bleeding all over her carpet. He felt like an asshole.

She saw he was awake as she had heard him. "You slipped and hit your head." She told him as she took him over to a near by couch and layed him down. Lexi then looked at his head. "Ill be right back." She told him as she left the room and a few mintues later she had come back with a few things. "I am going to take care of this for you." She told him as she was next to him. Lexi started to clean up his worn atfer that she was now able to have a better look at it. "You will need a few stitches." She told him as she saw his face. "I am good at doing this." She said to him as she tryed to make him relax some. "it might hurt some but it will be over in no time." She added to him as she had taking out the needle and the thread. She clean the needle up and as sht thread it. "Don't move." She told him as she then started to stich him up. A few more mintues had gone by when she was done.

"Heh, could I be any more careless?", he thought as soon as she told him that he slipped and fell, hitting his head. She grabbed him and started to help him get up to move him over to the couch. It was certainly a lot more comfortable, but made him feel worse. Now her couch was going to be ruined too. After the girl helped him onto the couch she told him that she would be right back. She left the room, probably to call an ambulance or get something to stop the bleeding. When she left he slowly sat up and took off his leather trench coat. He placed it where he was going rest his head so that his blood wouldn't soak into the couch anymore than it already had. He gave a deep sigh as he waited, staring up at the ceiling. He began to think what he could do for the girl to pay her back for her kindness. If anything, he owed his life to her, for if she wasn't there, he probably would have bled out and died. He guessed that he could probably start by cleaning up the terrible mess he made, it wouldn't be fair that she not only got stuck taking care of him but to have to clean up his blood too? The girl walked back into the room bringing in an assortment of items. She told him that she was going to take care of him. As soon as she said that, he lightly blushed for a few moments, it would have been a lot more noticeable but thankfully enough there wasn't enough blood in him to rush to his cheeks. He wasn't really sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing.
As she grabbed something to clean his wound, he turned his head so that she could get to his wound. She began dabbing something on the wound, soaking up the blood and soon after, a stinging pain arose. She was probably cleaning the wound with some sort of alcohol. She told him that it would need some stitches. He turned to look at her when she said that and he didn't seem to happy a little upset and worried, but it wasn't directed toward her, it was just directed toward the needle. He turned his head back and she informed him that she was good at this. He didn't really know why, but he trusted her. She informed him of the pain that he already knew was going to come and told him to hold still. He would do his best not to make any sudden jerking motions to make things easier on her. He felt the coldness of the needle and he quickly clenched onto the coach to brace himself for the pain, closing his eyes tightly. His eyes widened with surprise as it really didn't hurt that much. She was so gentle, like some sort of angel. After a few minutes she was done stitching his wounds. He quietly sighed in relief. Ryou didn't move his head so that she may dress the wound with bandages. "Thank you." Ryou said. His voice remained gentle and sincere. "I'm really sorry about all this. I didn't mean to cause any trouble."

Lexi just smiled at him as he heared what he had said to her. "You are welcome. It is alright, there wasn't any trouble." She told him as she looked at him more closely. "I am Lexi. What is your name?" She then asked him as she waited for an answer. She then picked a few things that layed around him as she had used them and she needed to get rid of them. Once they where in her hands, she left the room and threw them out. Lexi came back into the room as she saw him still sitting there. Soon she would need to tell him about the house and so on.

"Lexi?" he thought. Ryou slowly sat up after she was finished with his injury. The back of his head still hurt and he certainly wouldn't want to be laying down on it any longer. "My name is Ryou, Ryou Nakashima." he said softly in response. Lexi soon left the room carrying the items that she used to clean and stitch his wounds. He gave a heavy sigh and leaned over, resting both his elbows on his legs. His eyes shifted to the right, looking at the door where Lexi had left, to make sure nobody was there. Ryou turned his head to the right and went to touch his wound with his left hand. When He did, he quickly pulled back once again and inhaled a small amount of air through his teeth, making a hissing sound. "Eeh!" he exclaimed and sure enough touched it again to feel how bad it was. His teeth clamped together tightly and he frowned bearing his canines as his eyes filled with anger and pain. As he heard Lexi approaching he quickly brought his left hand back to his side to rest on his leg again, so she would not catch him irritating the wound and possibly ruining her perfect stitching job.
As she walked in he looked at her with his beautiful scarlet eyes and spoke in the same tone as he had before. He did not want to apologize again, for he felt it would seem repetitive and possibly irritating. "If you'd let me, I would really like to clean up the mess I made." he said, looking at the puddle of blood that had soaked into the rug. He really did not want to have Lexi clean that up, less her hands be stained more with his blood. He looked back at her and waited patiently for a response. He was concered on how Lexi felt about all this, he already felt as though he was just a big burden and wanted to do something to ease the stress of it all.
